I believe that every person can achieve the body of his or her dreams no matter what age or shape you  happen to be in. I’m now in my mid-40’s and in the best shape of my life proving that age is just a number and in most cases, just an excuse.

There are several big misconceptions I’ve found in the health industry that I would like to expose. One is that most people assume that health and fitness go hand in hand. They assume that just because someone looks fit that they must also be healthy. Nothing could be further from the truth.  In fact most people who tout fitness on the internet are so concerned about losing pounds or growing muscle that being healthy is the last thing on their minds.

The steroid abuse of many of the internet fitness personalities is so rampant, it’s mind boggling. Not to mention the dangerous supplements and unhealthy diets they recommend. That’s one of the main reasons I felt compelled to create this site. I want to show people that you don’t have to be unhealthy in order to achieve phenomenal results. My goal is show people that you can have it all, an inspiring physique AND amazing health!

The other BIG misconception has to do with TIME.

We have been brainwashed by the big media fitness sites for years that we have to spend hours and hours in the gym in order to achieve above average results.  This is the biggest myth I would like to dispel.
